Our experience with Lee Holtzman spanned many years and several homes. It began in 2003 after an airplane crashed into our home. Prior to that, the home was for sale and in the 10-day option period. It was pulled off the market and totally renovated. Lee cold-called me to ask if he could list it. He sold it almost immediately
Lee came to the home and told us right away what it would sell for. Gave us right information on how to get the home ready to get the most out of it. Had a plumbing problem Lee was able to set us up with a great company that did a great job fast and was very good on price.
