With hundreds of transactions and almost 1000 hours of education under my belt, I’ve earned the nickname “Mr. No Surprises” from the title and real estate communities.

Everyone who knows me knows my motto, which is “Get it done right the first time!” Whether it’s real estate, engineering, or mentoring Eagle Scouts, this motto has and continues to hold up for me. My expertise in the North Texas real estate market is based on a detailed understanding of the areas, communities, neighborhoods and school districts. This is coupled with my knowledge of property values and market trends, both of which affect each area in a unique way.

I’m also an expert negotiator, which can only work with this detailed knowledge of the homes, communities and market trends that make up this market. Highland Village is nicknamed the City of Trees and living here feels like living in a state park. Plus, many residents also resonate with Texas living in general. With 45% of kids being homeschooled in our state, the process is easy and works. Denton County is the fastest-growing county in the country for working, driving and economics. Schools are exemplary, the tax base is low but effective and our weather includes a few snow days a year.
